All orders are hand packed to order and shipped by Candy Swe LLC.
Please allow up to 3 weeks processing time before your order ships, pending product availability and credit card authorization.
Candy Swe LLC ships worldwide. Processing times may vary based on order volume, availability, and payment verification.
All orders placed after 3:00 PM EST, Monday–Friday, will begin processing the next business day. Holidays are considered non-business days and no orders will be processed on those days. If any items in your order are out of stock or if additional identification is required for credit card authorization, Candy Swe LLC will contact you directly.
Shipping
Candy Swe LLC uses third-party carriers for all shipments. If you refuse a shipment upon delivery, you are responsible for both the original shipping costs and the cost of returning the package to us.
Candy Swe LLC is not liable for any damage, delays, or loss of quality incurred during shipping.
Candy Fulfillment
All pick-and-mix orders are fulfilled in the same bag unless otherwise stated. Candy Swe LLC strongly recommends avoiding chocolate products during warmer months unless insulated or temperature-controlled shipping is selected.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the perishable nature of our products, Candy Swe LLC does not accept returns or exchanges on any items purchased through our website.
